Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year
An excellent opportunity has arisen within this high quality 4 star hotel located close to Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire as a HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER.
This is a privately owned hotel that has benefitted from a multi-million pound development that has taken 5 years to complete.
We are seeking someone with flair and energy and of course a great personality to make their mark and take the operation to the next level.
The hotel offers many excellent facilities including, restaurant, bar, lounges, extensive conference and events, leisure and golf course.
You will have relevant experience and is someone with excellent communication skills that can lead, train and develop the team.
This role reports directly to the Resort Hotel Manager
Short term live-in accommodation can be provided if you are re-locating.
The hotel offers a very positive working environment.
We are seeking a strong, career focused individual who will lead by example and demand a consistency in service delivery by the team and head of departments.
A salary of £60,000 – £66,000is offered.
