I am currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for one of the prestigious Country Houses based in Leicestershire.

This is an excellent, immediate opportunity for someone with a proven background in the Food & Beverage Hospitality Sector

The Job Role

The right candidate will be given a high level of responsibility and will be working closely with the Restaurant Manager & Operations Manager.
You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurants, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, you will oversee the inventory, optimise profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

The successful candidate will have the suitable qualifications and experience of working to a very high level within the Food & Beverage & hospitality sector, we will expect you to have a high level and understanding of this industry.

Essential skills:

” Experience of the Food & Beverage sector
” Being in a similar position or the Hospitality Sector
” Passion, flair & creativity
” Strong leadership skills to motivate your team
” Strong customer service skills

Desirable skills:

o Experience in managing food purchasing
o Good understanding of a busy restaurant

The benefits:

£26,000- per year basic salary.
28 days annual leave
Birthday Leave (After completing 6 months service)
