Senior Project Manager

Our client a well known Main Contractor are seeking to recruit an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join their London division on a permanent basis.

Our client is a major UK Contractor and a listed FTSE 250 company, have clients across the public and private sectors ranging from residential, commercial, education, heritage and leisure sectors, and will give you the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects.

You will be project managing two school design and build projects valued £20million in total.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and decision making skills. Additionally, having experience dealing with finances and budget management with a proven track record to enable projects to be completed on time and on budget.

Essential Experience:

Significant experience of project management of complex schemes (over £10m).
Experience managing and leading project management teams on projects from inception through to completion.
Compiled two stage tender documents and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting.
Delivered projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
