Salary: £45,600 – £48,000 per year
Our client is a well established and highly reputable firm of financial advisors, based in the Kegworth area. They presently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Operations Manager to join their busy team. General duties will entail:
* Management of advisors and administration
* Allocation of incoming leads and enquiries
* Compilation of introducer reports
* Complaint resolution
* Relationship management with predominantly new build companies
* Enquiry handling
* Weekend rota supervision
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be skilled in building relationships with both colleagues and multiple stakeholders. You should also be experienced in a similar role and be willing to undertake participation in meetings and training as required.
