Project Supoort Officer role with Haringey Council
£20.72 per hour PAYE / £21.22 per hour Umbrella PAYE
Role Purpose
To support the consultation process and communications/engagement work for the HfH Insourcing programme. To provide project support to the HfH Insourcing team.
Main Responsibilities
* Collate hardcopy responses to the consultation and enter them into the online system
* Perform basic data analysis and support the Housing Strategy Analyst with this as required
* Support the tracking of any complaints for Freedom of Information Requests, complaints and Members Enquiries related to the HfH Insourcing
* Update the website and intranet as directed by the Engagement or Communications Officers
* Organise face to face and online engagement events as directed by the Engagement or Communications Officers
* Support the of production of consultation related communications as directed by the Engagement or Communications Officers
* Manage the administration of meetings, invitations, minutes and agendas
* Monitor the insourcing programme inbox and ensure that queries are passed to the correct officer for response
* Act as a first point of contact for internal enquiries for the project team, and respond to or refer enquiries as appropriate
* Coordinate communications with external providers and consultants, including regarding payments.
* Carry out financial administration tasks including raising and managing orders and invoices, and handling of financial related queries in line with finance policies and procedures, and within agreed contract deadlines.
* Undertake basic budget monitoring and alert the programme manager to any issues
* Proofread reports, check for errors and consistency
* Ensure responses are received for statutory reports within required timelines, as directed by the programme manager
* Support the programme manager to maintain the project plan, tracking milestones and risks and issues
* Co-ordinate regular updates on project status
* Organise and prioritise own workload, renegotiating targets/deadlines as conflicting demands necessitate
* Maintain appropriate records/filing for the programme as guided by the programme manager
* Produce reports, briefings and information sheets as required by the programme director.
