Tenure: Permanent
Hours of work: 39 hours on a flexible shift rota
Driving: Full clean, manual Driving Licence
Rota: We operate a rota based on a rolling pattern of early, late, sleep in shifts throughout 52 weeks of the year, including weekends and public holidays

Your responsibilities
You will be a permanent member of the Support Team, responsible for bringing the Certitude standard of support to every individual within this role.
As the Support Worker you will be providing the people we support:
* Person-centred support in doing the things they love to do, and supporting them to make the choices and decisions that they want
* Supporting them to grow and develop and have their voices heard
* To be resilient when things get difficult as with your support they can achieve amazing things
* Support the individuals with managing activities, daily living tasks, such as cooking, shopping, meal-planning; all the time promoting their independent living
Experience
We would like the Support Worker to have the right values and behaviours in line with our ethos. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. We would like you to create an environment that is creative and vibrant with a flexibility to work shifts and with an understanding and commitment to safeguarding vulnerable people.
