Contact Centre Lead Generator.

My client is a leading Debt Management company based in Stockport who are currently recruiting for Highly Motivated individuals to join their rapid expanding team.

Your role will be to generate leads for Debt Advisors. You will Call consumers and establish if they have existing debt and if the business can make their financial situation more stable.

Once you have completed an eligibility assessment you will be able to establish through your training if the lead should be passed further.

Start salary is 13,500K which will rise to 16,000K plus a competitive commission structure. (Realistic OTE is 20K+)

Your annual salary will be paid monthly into your bank account although your commission is paid weekly on a Friday.

Candidates who are successful on lead generation will have the opportunity to become a Senior Debt Advisor whose potential OTE is 60K+

You will also benefit from daily, Monthly & weekly incentives.

You will be expected to work up until 7.30pm Monday – Thursday and until 1.30pm on a Friday.
