Salary: £26,000 – £35,100 per year

THE COMPANY

Proactiv are a forward-thinking, direct sales & incentivised marketing company, established in 2009. We are currently helping over 10000 SME’s across the UK with our unique marketing products that bring in new customers and help reduce their overheads.

We are currently building a National Direct Sales Team. We have fantastic work from home or field based (in your local area) opportunities and a team of great Telesales professionals to work with.

We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals that want to be trained in the full marketing/sales cycle and are keen to progress with the company whilst developing in the role. Initially starting as a ‘Telemarketer’ and progressing to Telesales and beyond.

THE ROLE

We are experts in training and developing ambitious individuals, with nearly 30 years’ experience. Communication, mind-set & work ethic are the key areas for success in direct sales, management & business. Our process will help you develop in all those areas; helping you build supreme confidence in Telesales.

The role initially involves learning & applying the process by speaking to business owners over the telephone, introducing them to the marketing concept. The goal is for you gain confidence in the role whilst arranging appointments. As your confidence grows your results will improve & you will become more consistent.

All new team members start as a ‘Telemarketer’. After passing the training (4 to 13 weeks) you will have the skills to progress into any of the following roles.

– Telesales Executive (OTE £52K/annum)

– Business Development Manager (OTE £77K/annum)

– Regional Business Development Manager (OTE £80K/annum)

– (fast track) Regional Sales Manager (OTE £100K/annum)

– Reseller Manager (OTE £52K/annum)

– Sales Coach/Trainer (OTE £52K/annum)

– Sales Co-Ordinator (employed)

Initially there will be a 5-day induction for successful applicants, then a basic training course which can be carried out whilst working as a Telemarketer; taking 4 to 13 weeks, depending on experience & how quick a learner you are.
