Support Worker

Support workers required in Windermere, Cumbria.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a home in Windermere

You will be working in a Nursing Home setting as a care assistant in some of our approved supply homes.

The shifts are for both days and nights and can range from 6 to 12 hours.
This position is a guaranteed role and the shift patterns can be scheduled to suit the successful candidate.

Full induction and training given also to the successful candidate.

Duties to include assisting with personal care intervention, feeding, incontinence care intervention, interacting with clients, engaging in activities and various light domestic duties.

There is also the opportunity for all successful candidates to further themselves with funded access to NVQ levels 2 &3 health and social care and accredited distant learning modules.

Good rates of pay exceeding minimum wage.

Experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
As the Residential home is in a scenic area, driving licence holders are preferred, or candidates who live in the local area.
