Our client is a hobby and leisure equipment supplier offering a wide variety of high calibre products. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Junior Graphic Designer to join their growing Design Team.

Undertaking an exciting new role within the company, as a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of projects and helping to produce eye-catching packaging and promotional material.

Working closely with the in-house Design and Development Team, you’ll create effective and targeted adverts, flyers, brochures, banners and images to use on websites and in magazines and retail stores.

You’ll edit digital images, organise barcodes for packaging and check text for translation. Additionally, you’ll distribute all final approved artwork to suppliers and printers, checking it thoroughly before publication.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

– At least six months’ experience in a graphic design role
– At a minimum, a degree or HND in graphic design

Enthusiastic and creative, as a Junior Graphic Designer, you must be passionate about design and bursting with fresh and original ideas. Superb communication skills and the willingness to continually learn and develop new techniques is also essential.

Experience of designing packaging would be beneficial to your application.
