Fitness Equipment Engineer (Commercial) – Glasgow

Alecto Recruitment are currently representing a market leading fitness equipment supplier and service provider in the UK, seeking a Fitness equipment technician in the Scotland area (based in the Glasgow area).

Our client sell quality commercial fitness equipment, designed to offer aesthetically pleasing and durable gym equipment nationwide. They also sell fitness equipment spare parts and have a national network of employed engineers who offer preventative maintenance and repairs to any make or model of fitness equipment.

The Role:

Field Service Engineer in Scotland territory based accessible to Glasgow
Install, service and repair on variety of Commercial Gym equipment including Treadmills, Bikes, Rowers, resistance machines and free weights, and other specialist equipment.
May be required to fit mirrors, repair install floors or fit out gyms.
Working in Commercial Gyms, Hospitals, Schools and MOD and the private sector

The Candidate:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Fitness/Gym Equipment engineer
Electrical Qualifications desirable
Knowledge of the industry and happy working in a customer facing role
Happy with travel and with occasional overnight stays as required
Scheduling own work load and managing own van stock
Full Clean Driving License

The Package:

£26,000 – £27,600basic salary
