Salary: £29,326 per year
If you enjoy leading a team that creates a well-presented and safe environment, then join the team at Ty Grosvenor in Wrexam as Maintenance Operative and Garden Operative, where you will feel valued and supported.
Working 37.5 hours a week, you will be responsible for ensuring the equipment and facilities are well stocked and fit for purpose, which will see you will regularly conduct audits to identify and prioritise curative maintenance and repair services.

Your responsibilities will include:
- To maintain the buildings, fixtures, and fittings in line with predefined standards.
- General ad-hoc maintenance requests.
- Daily and weekly building checks as necessary.
- Responsible for Fire Alarm Testing, ad-hoc and Weekly Drills.
- General Garden Maintenance.
- Managing Asset Registers.
- Very occasional driving duties.
- Escorting contractors.
- Providing supervision to members of your team
To be successful as a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll need:
- City and Guilds, and/or ONC/HND in the relevant technical qualification
- Full driving licence
- Portable Equipment Testing Certificate
- Supervisory and training skills
- Previous maintenance experience desirable.
