PART TIME (AFTERNOONS AND MORNINGS)JOB SHARE.

My client,a blue chip company in the Wolverhampton area are looking to recruit an Experienced Receptionist on a temporary on going basis.

Responsibilities
* Meeting and Greeting all visitors into the company in a professional and courteous manner.
* Get all visitors to sign in and read the visitors health and safety booklet.
* Answer all incoming calls and re divert them to the correct contact.
* When doing morning shift open duties for Reception.
* When on afternoon shift closing duties for Reception area.
* All administration and postal duties as required.
* Having a presentable and professional image at all times.

The Successful Candidate
* Will have worked as a Receptionist within a Corporate business previously.
* Will have a professional and presentable image at all times.
* Will have an excellent telephone manner.
* Will be available to work alternate shifts on a weekly rota.
* Will have good PC skills.

Hours of work
Morning shift: 08.00am till 1.00pm.
Afternoon Shift: 12.30pm till 5.30pm
