Locality Social Worker

Salary: £33.6 – £36 per hour

A new opportunity has arisen within several adults social service teams in Wakefield area for an experienced Social Worker with at least 6 months post qualified experience.

The Locality teams within the authority cover a variety of cases within the area. A good knowledge of older adults, Disabilities and safeguarding would be preferred.

Candidates will be expected to have a social work qualification with knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

To apply for this role you must hold a degree, post graduate or Professional Qualification in Social Work. Hold full HCPC registration. Ideally have 6 months post graduate experience within a local authority. Have Clear and valid DBS disclosure and have access to their own car.
