Conference and Banqueting Assistant Manager required for 5* venue in Berkshire. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to gain further experience in exclusive operational event handling.

The ideal person will be able to work an event, to demonstrate excellent customer service skills with smart appearance. They should be able to both work in a team and lead by example. Heading the team from the front and directing operations under the guidance of your C&B Manager.

Conference and Banqueting departments can be pressurised so you should be able to think on your feet, able to handle lots of buzz and atmosphere. Your ultimate goal to be smooth running and a wow factor. You’ll also be able to demonstrate high levels of maturity and professionalism at all times and be supportive to Management
