Vacuum Form Operative

Vacuum Form Operative – High Wycombe – Aviation Interiors – Salary dependant on experience.

Vacuum machine operative – Buckinghamshire – Geiss Vacuum.

A new opportunity has arisen for a Vacuum Form Operative to join an expanding Aviation interior company in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have experience using the Geiss Vacuum forming machine.

Requirements:

Previous experience of moulding with “aviation grade” plastic materials would be beneficial.
previous experience of the vacuum forming process and operation of vacuum forming machinery.
Previous experience of operating “Geiss” thermoforming machinery would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

Carry out day to day operation of a Geiss Vacuum Forming machine.
Carry out regular minor maintenance of plant machinery.
Ensure timely production of mouldings for the next operations.
Assist in loading materials for oven drying to support next shift production.Package:

Salary dependant on experience.
