Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a Housing Association who are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their in-house legal team on a permanent basis. Please find below further details about this position.
ROLE: Real Estate Solicitor
LOCATION: North West London
SALARY: £62,736
The Role
To manage a caseload related to Plot Sales and Conveyancing for the Housing Association
Cases will be related to leasehold, shared ownership leases, general conveyancing, right to buy and plot sales
To train the business and oversee fee earners as required on all plot sales related conveyancing transactions within the organisation
Assist in the production and review of relevant policies and proceduresThe Person
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
Extensive experience in dealing with Conveyancing matters and transactions
Professional understanding of conveyancing, leasehold, and property development law
We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
