Warehouse Operative / Picker – Nightshift

Salary: £17.77 per hour

NIGHTSHIFT LLOP PICKER

SHIFT: NIGHTSHIFT Sunday-Thursday 22:00pm- 06:00am.

PAY RATE: Up to £17.77per hour – (Inclusive of £11.81/hr basic *with up to £3/hr individual performance related bonus)

PAY RATE AFTER 12 WEEKS: Up to £17.77per hour – (Inclusive of £14.48/hr basic *with up to £3/hr individual performance related bonus)

Overtime available paid at £17.72/hr + Bonus*

Bank holiday overtime paid at £21.89/hr + Bonus*

*Performance bonus measured to ensure products are picked within achievable time limit and accuracy is maintained*

As a WAREHOUSE LLOP PICKER you will be responsible for:

• Working in a safe manner and adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures – where applicable.
• Carrying out checks on MHE, in accordance with the company safety regulations.
• Manual handling products, safe stacking, accurate picking, General Housekeeping.
• Working additional hours/shifts when company is in Peak.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have experience within a similar role and environment (Full training will be given)
• Be able and willing to undertake some heavy lifting.
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Be able to work in shift patterns.
• Be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Be adaptable to undertake other work duties when required.
• Be able to use your initiative to implement improved working practices.
• Be able to communicate clearly with all colleagues/Managers.
