Cluster IT Technician

Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year

Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this multi academy Trust in search of a personable, professional and knowledgeable IT Technician to support five primary schools in their Warwickshire/Solihull hub.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff and students at the school operating MS Windows IT infrastructure on Office 365 supporting Chromebooks and Ipads.

You will be a natural problem solver with good communication and customer service skills, able to resolve technical issues quickly and competently.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in providing 1st & 2nd line support, ideally with school experience. Professionalism and good interpersonal skills are essential for this role and be competent in managing your own daily schedule.
