Business Change / Service Improvement Facilitator (NHS EPR / PAS) – London – 6 months Late Jan Start – £250-£270 (**Please note change in rates after mistake in initial advert!)

A large NHS client of mine based in London is looking for a Business Change Analyst / Service Improvement Facilitator to add to their team. Skills needed include Analysis, Process Mapping and MS Excel. The suitable candidate will take ownership of multiple small Clinical Service Change Projects, as part of the Trusts PAS/EPR Transformation programme.

The project: Transform the Clinical Service Areas from RiO 1 & RiO 2, over to Carenotes (EPR/PAS Transformation Project)

Essential:

– Please only apply if you have NHS experience within the following:

– Experience defining and configuring any type of NHS PAS/EPR system (Cerner, RiO, SystmOne)

– Must have excellent customer Facing Interpersonal Skills

– Experience Interfacing clinical service leads to understand the processes using PAS/EPR solutions

– Mapping Data

– Produce Visio process flow diagrams and/or configuration model diagrams and to be able to use Excel effectively (Use filters, pivot tables and analyse the data eg how it’s structured, how to segment it and how to map it when moving data from one PAS/EPR solution to another).

– Business Change Experience
