Salary: £30,000 – £31,200 per year
My client is currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager for their young peoples home which caters for 11-18 year olds with complex needs and Emotional Behavioral Difficulties.
As a Deputy Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home, including staff management, budgets, and ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times.
The successful candidate must have:
– QCF Level 3 Diploma – Residential Care or NVQ 3 – Caring for Children and Young People
-Minimum 3 years senior experience of working with Young People
-Experience of working in a Therapeutic environment – preferably working with attachment theory
-Working knowledge of children’s homes national Minimum -Standards and the Children Act 2010.
-Full UK driving license
