Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

We are working with a Waste Resource company who require an experienced supervisor to join their team and whilst reporting directly to the Manager be responsible for supporting management and ensuring the team meets customer contractual requirements as well as a number of other tasks including, but not limited to; ensuring costs and risks are controlled, monitoring and analysing field operative performance, including output and work quality, to ensure efficient and profitable delivery of work, and ensuring the team work to budgetary and policy constraints, the relevant contract terms, conditions and specification, bearing in mind health, safety and environmental related policies and procedures.

In order to be considered the successful candidate will hold COTC/WAMITAB (preferably) and CPC, have experience in the services industry and have demonstrable experience of supervising a team, with excellent leadership and people management skills.
