My client has an urgent vacancy in London due to impressive growth and is looking to appoint with immediate effect.

With an impressive portfolio of business solutions, they have invested heavily in developing innovative solutions and as such have plans for further significant sector growth. The business is currently looking to appoint a proven field sales manager to lead a team of new business managers and account managers to achieve or exceed their quarterly and annual targets.

You will currently be working(or have previous experience) in a field sales management role in your chosen business sector (our client is open to applicants from all arenas). A confident presenter and leader with tenacity, drive and passion, you will bring a proven and demonstrable track record of driving sales improvements to the table. My client is eager to hear from sales professionals that are strong leaders with good communication skills who are able to adapt their leadership style to different environments in order to achieve a positive outcome.

Naturally, you will have strong customer focus and in depth understanding of internal and external customer relationships and business processes. Ultimately, we’re looking for well trained, well structured, ambitious regional sales managers who are able to demonstrate strong and effective team management experience.
