Health & Safety Advisor

Salary: £120 – £180 per day

An excellent opportunity has arisen for you to join our client on a very long term contract basis with a view to potentially be permanent.

We are looking for Asset Specifiers / Taggers to join a growing, nationwide team.

Asset tagging is of huge importance to local authorities and housing associations who have large residential property portfolios, with each asset (in this case, doors) needing to be identified, photographed, tagged with a QR code and recorded in our purpose-built software.

If your application is successful you will be fully trained, and will spend your time:

• travelling to residential properties of varying types, and tagging their ‘assets’; in the first instance this will mean all doors in a building
• working to regular deadlines and communicating your progress to the Operations team
• using the software platform and mobile application to record evidence of the assets you’ve identified
• managing your own workload, property lists and travel to site-based jobs

You will receive ongoing CPD training and will become part of an engaged team from all over the country that meets for regular training sessions and shares learnings and experience through an online forum.

You should apply if you:-

• pride yourself on having an eye for detail and doing a thorough job
• have experience working in a range of different environments
• have a full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle – public transport can be used in London

We are seeking individuals from all sectors and training will be provided.

Day rate £120 – £180per day and ‘all travel expenses’ will be paid.
