Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Salary: £26,400 per year

Are you seeking a Trainee Mortgage Advisor role in Kings Lynn, on an employed basis with leads provided?

You will receive excellent initial and ongoing training to become a confident Mortgage Advisor.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be working closely with respected Estate Agency branches in your local area. As such, you will receive mortgage referrals from the branch team.

This is a demanding role, requiring you to proactively generate some of your own business and coach the Sales Negotiators, so that they can identify and refer mortgage appointments to you.

should be aim to write 2 mortgages per week in this role. In addition, you should look to cross sale protection to majority of your clients.

Trainee Mortgage Advisor Requirements

* You must hold CeMAP 1 as a minimum, and ideally full CeMAP

* You ideally should have sales experience from a regulated environment

* Individuals with Financial Services experience would be beneficial, e.g. a bank or building society

* A fantastic desire to excel in your career

* Proven track record in achieving KPIs

* Salary of £26,400 plus, fantastic additional company benefits including car or car allowance and uncapped bonus structure

* OTE of £40,000+

* 37.5 hours, 5 days per week, every other Saturday with TOIL provided (flexible)

* 25 days holiday a year, rising to 28 days with service, plus bank holidays and your birthday off!
