Receptionist & Showroom Host

An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client for a Receptionist and Showroom Host to work within their successful and prestigious dealership in Norwich.

The reception or dealership hosting team are the first people our customers interact with. It’s therefore vital that our front of house team is passionate about working with people and who want to consistently deliver and exceptional level of service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the following:-

To welcome all visitors to the Dealership, qualify their requirements and direct them to the appropriate Department
To answer the telephone in the manner directed ensuring all callers are introduced by name to all staff.
To spend quality time with customers, introducing them to relevant car and giving basic information, if waiting for a Sales Executive.
To qualify telephone enquiries and pass to the appropriate department.
To ensure the reception area is at all times clean, neat and tidy.
To ensure the customer waiting area is clean and tidy at all times.
To ensure there is an adequate supply of drinks and clean cups for customers.
To maintain vehicle test drive forms.
To carry out any other duties as required.
To maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring staff comply with Health & Safety requirements and environmental policies

Skills & Experience Required

First rate communication and customer service skills
Fully computer literate in MS Office Word / Excel / Outlook etc
Previous experience within a dealership as a Showroom Host or Receptionist role
Excellent attention to detail
Extremely well presented

Working hours are: Two shifts pattern Monday- Friday 08.00-17.00 or 9-6. Saturday 08.30-17.00 or Sunday 10.00-16.00.
