My Client have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Manager. The role will be responsible for the whole warehouse operation, dealing with goods in/out, stock control, KPI’s and budgets. overseeing a small sized team, leading and developing the staff to help the company achieve its goals.

You have demonstrable experience of working within a Warehouse management environment. You will have successfully motivated and guided a team to achieve on their targets and be able to demonstrate an excellent working relationship with all employees. You will have a flexible working approach to meet the demands of the business. You will have the attitude and personality that empowers colleagues to reach their full potential.

My client is a well established company based in the Aldershot area, who boast a professional, open plan office where a ‘work hard play hard’ culture is encouraged from the management. There is parking on site and the site is easily accessible via public transport.

1. Have at least 5 year’s experience of managing or supervising a warehouse.

2. Be experienced in manual and mechanical handling

3. Be physically fit, capable of lifting and in good health

4. Have a clean driving licence

5. Be able to manage and motivate staff
