Service Quotations Engineer – Excellent salary and benefits inc. 25 days holiday + BH, hybrid offered

Reporting to Head of Technical Sales the Service Quotations Engineer will provide quotations to clients.

Responsibilities of the Service Quotations Engineer

• Drafting trouble shooting instructions
• Prioritise quotations according to urgency
• Obtaining quotations from sub-vendors / suppliers
• Providing quotation to end client and clarifying any queries raised in connection with submitted documentation
• Assisting with the preparation / coordination and scheduling of major service works
• Creating method statements and risk assessments as required for quoted works
• Occasional customer/site visits to carry out site surveys

Experience and Qualifications required:

• Relevant technical qualifications
• A flexible approach to working hours is required

• An understanding of service-oriented IT systems
• Good communication skills with both internal and external customers

This role would suit and ex-service engineer who no longer wants to travel.
