Salary: £26,000 per year
We currently have a fantastic new role based in South Derbyshire for a Post Completion Clerk to join our client within their Conveyancing Department.
The purpose of this role will be to prepare and submit AP1’s/FR1’s for Land Registry, collate relevant accompanying documents for applications made to the Land Registry, upload post completion documents to LMS and Lender Exchange (portals utilised by mortgage providers) and liaise with third parties to obtain documents.
The successful candidate will be required to be efficient and work to strict time management deadlines. Relevant experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
