The role of a TA at this primary school is varied and may involve taking small groups of children, working 1:1 with children with specific needs, as well as general support at whole class level.

Excellent communication skills
Proven skills and ability in working with children with special needs

Although these posts are for Teaching Assistants with proven skills and abilities in working with children with special needs, this would be prepared to consider training the right person and would welcome applications from graduates.
