German speaking Content Marketing Manager (SEO – Link Building)

Our client is a digital marketing and online lead generation company with a focus on the financial services sector

We are based in the City of London and operate a hybrid working policy, mixing office time with working from home.

The Role:

We are looking for a creative ambitious link builder to work alongside our SEO and Content team and lead our link acquisition efforts in the German speaking markets with a focus on a data-lead, high quality, impactful link campaigns.

As an inbound links genius, you’ll spend time creating and crafting campaign ideas within our SEO and Content team, turning them into link building strategies and seeing them through to fruition.

Combining digital PR and traditional SEO tactics, you will have a keen understanding of the types of content that will inform users, whilst improving our search profile.

Duties:

• Strategising, planning & executing outreach/links campaigns in German speaking markets
• Working to improve SEO metrics with each link campaign
• Working collaboratively with the Content & SEO team to create content and plan campaigns
• Building relationships with 3rd party sites to improve chances of conversion
• Reaching out to and negotiating with websites & potential partners for guest posts
• Managing and working to a media budget (including freelance resource)
• Traditional link acquisition tasks including; backlink analysis, competitive analysis, submissions, link exchanges, etc.

Skills required:

• 2-3 years of experience in a digital PR/link building role
• Able to work in spoken and written German
• Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results across multiple campaigns
• Knowledge of the financial industry desirable
• Existing contact list in crypto/ German PR markets also desirable
