Warehouse Operative

Salary: £26,000 – £27,046.5 per year

At Extrastaff we are always on the lookout for new talent and we currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for Warehouse Operatives to join our growing hub team.

Operating from two hubs in Warrington ( WA5) we have selection of shifts to suit your way of life:

AM (06-14), PM (14-22), NS (22-06). We also offer part time roles.

What will you do?

Our Warehouse Operatives work with a clever conveyor system that moves our parcels through the Warehouse. Your daily duties will include:

• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Manual and Automatic Sorting
• Moving pallets
• Usage of hand-held terminals (HHT’s) and Pump-trucks (Full training provided)

At times, you’ll have to deal with large volumes of parcels, but you’ll be given space to get the work done, thinking quickly to hit moving targets.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• Ability to comply with company and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team – previous Warehouse Operative experience would be an advantage but not essential.
