Renewals Specialist

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a growing IT reseller based in Brighton as a Renewals Specialist. This is a customer service based role, ensuring all customers are satisfied with the service and solutions they have received in order to process their renewal plan.

The role:

* Negotiating new contract and payment terms with existing customers

* Respond to customer feedback and relay this back to the necessary team leader if action is required

* Work with internal teams to ensure the correct solutions are provided to the client

* Resolve any customer queries in a calm, efficient manner

* Ensure all customer liaison is logged internally

* Cross sell the company’s products to generate revenue

Experience:

* Experience in a similar customer service/sales role in a B2B environment essential

* Knowledge of the telecommunications industry desirable

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* A customer service focused approach

* The ability to work independently
