Residential Property Fee Earners will have a proven track record of conducting transactions from instruction through to post completion. You will possess excellent client care and time management skills coupled with the ability to meet tight deadlines. The successful Residential Property Fee Earner will be responsible for a varied and challenging caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

The successful Residential Property Fee Earner will have relevant conveyancing experience and be looking for a new challenge. You will be confident handling a variety of residential property transactions from start to finish. You will have good technical knowledge, be able to make sound decisions quickly and have the ability to be highly productive even under pressure.
