Field Sales / Debt Recovery

Stafffinders are currently recruiting for Field Sales Collections Advisers for The North West Of England

The Role:

You will be responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of customers, contacting customers at there homes whilst ensuring the best customer service is kept at all times and reporting directly to the field operations manager.

Essential Experience / Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport

• Previous experience in Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales or Debt Solutions is preferable but not essential

. Resilient & Tenacious Attitude

• Self motivated & career focused

• Source new business as well as service existing customer needs

• Ability to plan and prepare effectively

• Full Driving License is essential

Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

In return you will be offered a basic Salary: £26,000+ Commission, Company Car, Fuel Card, & the chance to build yourself a long lasting career.
