Salary: £39,600 – £54,000 per year
Our client is a very well-established leading practice who work with prestigious clients both locally, nationally and international. They are renown for providing a quality, professional and personal service and believe client relationship is key to their success.
They have a friendly, welcoming office environment and have longevity of their staff some who have progress right to Senior Level right throughout the company.
Due to increased workloads and demands for their professional service they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their successful and thriving Property Team.
Even during these challenging times of the last 2 years this property team has continued to grow, expand and has never been busier!
They are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who is experienced in running their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have experience of:
* Sales
* Purchases
* Remortgages
* Leasehold
* Freehold
* New Builds
* Plot Sales
You will have a the support of a great team but also the space to work and grow as an individual.
In return they are offering a very competitive salary DOE plus 25 days holiday and benefits package including pension scheme etc.
