Experienced and qualified Demolition workers to work on a busy construction site in Kensington for an established Main Contractor with a contract in some apartments in the area.
The Company…
My client is an established and growing Main Contractor with a strong reputation built up over the last 20 years on prestigious projects around the UK and Ireland.
The activities of the Company are principally focused on new build hotels, new build offices and often as mixed use projects or as stand-alone buildings.
The Person…
• Qualified CCDO operative (this is a must)
• Experienced in safe removal of hazardous materials like asbestos and recycling operations.
• From labouring background
• Has own basic tools
• Capable of working long hours
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Keep site clean and tidy
• The ability to communicate to the highest of standards with the ganger and other team members to ensure an accident-free site is in affect.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of new build projects.
• Recognised, relevant, trades qualification.
• Able to work on a busy site in Kensington.
• Able to work on own initiative

Duration: Contract, ongoing
Location Kensington.
Salary: To be agreed.
Hours: 45 plus per week
