Hospitality Retail Supervisor

Salary: £28,950 per year

Our client is a leading multi-national cinema exhibitor who are passionate about delivering the very best movie-going experience. They currently have a vacancy for a Coffee Shop Supervisor for their branded coffee shop at their cinema in Wokingham.

The main purpose of the role is to assist in the day-to-day management of the Coffee Shop whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. You will aid the Store Manager in directing Team Members to ensure efficient working practices are maintained and that the highest standard of customer service is met at all times whilst ensuring revenue targets are achieved and costs are controlled effectively.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment within a coffee shop or similar and prove to be able to successfully lead and nurture a large team.
