Salary: £39,600 per year
An opportunity has arisen within this elegant country house hotel for an experienced and highly professional RESTAURANT MANAGER.
You will oversee the day to day running of the restaurant which currently boasts 3 AA Rosettes.
The aim is to gain One Michelin Star therefore we are seeking an individual with either a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin Star background.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent man management skills and the ability to oversee a team to provide the very highest of customer care and service standards on a consistent basis.
This opportunity provides the perfect working conditions as well as future career progression.
A salary of up to £39,600is available.
The hotel has a fantastic location in Hampshire, close to Southampton.
