Search Marketing Manager

Experience of leading or contributing to pitches for Organic Search projects
Capability to identify and develop new revenue streams

You will possess strong leadership skills and be familiar with a variety of innovative technologies and systems.

The longer spiel version is that we want you to develop and execute our own search and digital marketing strategy as well as to support the sales and search marketing objectives of our clients which includes:

Excellent grasp of numbers be that: capacity planning; revenue/cost projections against plan
Creation, Development and Reporting on our own digital marketing plan
Helping us grow (We grow when our people grow)
Managing relationship with existing clients, and cultivating new ones
Playing nicely with the other cool kids (Working with external agencies and the internal marketing departments of our clients)
Using data analytics to identify points of difference between different online entities
Creating and managing your team’s budget

We look after private, corporate, and third sector clients, so no two days are ever the same. We are a team of designers, developers, and digital marketers and we are looking for ambitious people to join our growing team. Travel across sites may be required from time to time.

You will benefit from a competitive holiday entitlement, family friendly policies, a company pension scheme and a salary between £36,000 – £48,000 based on experience.

The role will require some attendance at either of our offices in Perth or Glasgow, for the right candidate we are flexible in balancing this with working from home. However what is important is that you are able to effectively and efficiently service the needs of our clients and our business.

You will have the opportunity to work with some great clients, and will be able to demonstrate:

Design-led thinking, identifying the actual, versus the perceived problems to be solved
SEO experience, both delivery and management
An analytical approach to problem solving to improve processes and identify blockages
