Due to expansion, an exciting position has become available for a spa therapist to join our friendly holistic therapies team. The successful applicant will earn up to £28,800 pa and 25 days holiday. If you have experience in holistic spa therapies then this is a perfect opportunity to grow your career and earn good money.
Role Requirements:
be willing to undergo further intensive training in specialist treatments and products
have the relevant qualifications: CIDESCO/CIBTAC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
previous experience within a similar environment would be an advantage but not essential
act as an ambassador:

Role Responsibilities

To carry out any duties assigned by the Spa Manager or Spa Supervisor which will include:
taking reservations and upselling treatments
• meeting and greeting clients, looking after clients throughout their spa journey
• carrying out spa treatments, including consultations (to ensure treatment standards meet Health and Safety requirements) in accordance with Spa SOPs
• effectively inform and educate your client about product recommendations and after-care
• have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered in the Spa

properly care for equipment and use correct amounts of product to ensure tight cost controls
• handle client requests efficiently, professionally and courteously
• update client notes punctually and clearly
• selling retail products and gift vouchers
• ensuring all clients are encouraged to rebook
• ordering of retail and professional stock
• stock control
• assisting at workshops and seminars
• carrying out specific project work
• always keeping the therapy room clean, tidy and appropriately stocked
• assisting with deep cleaning when required.
• adhering to all SOPs including Covid-19 protocols
• assisting in keeping the spa facilities, changing rooms, reception area and studio clean, tidy and welcoming.
