Our Client is currently building a team of the Automotive Industry’s best.

As a performance and aesthetics enhancement workshop, Our Client has gained notoriety in the Trade for excellence, creating desirable and coveted vehicles from the usual and mundane.

Part of this team building has opened up an opportunity for a highly skilled Bodyshop Manager.

You will be responsible for all aspects of daily workshop management;
– overseeing work orders through to completion.
– producing estimates and quotations – preference would be given to an experienced vehicle estimator who has ATA accreditation and been trained in Audatex or other databases.
– ordering workshop / Bodyshop supplies and parts.
– oversee health and safety of the workshop.
– lease with suppliers and customers – must have excellent communication skills.
– maximise productivity in the workshop and get the best out of a team.
– assist in recruiting other members of the team
– good numerical and administration skills as will be responsible for all related paperwork.
– a team player.
– must have attention to detail.
– must have full drivers license.

Ideally My Client is looking for someone who is a self starter, an all rounder, ambitious, works independently with little or no supervision and is looking for a challenge in helping this incredible business build a team of the elite.

Given the nature of this company you will ideally come from a luxury/sports/prestige background.
