I am currently recruiting for a Project Planner to work in Bristol. The initial contract will run to the 31/01/207 – day rate of £360per day

This Lightning Project Controls Officer role provides project controls support to the Lightning Programme Manager, through the Lightning project Office, in the area of F-35 Airworthiness and certification planning.
The post holder requires detailed and current knowledge of the management of airworthiness and certification in the F-35 Lightning II Project in order to make and support informed decisions, judgements and actions across the following Project Control sub-functions:
Scheduling – Developing and maintaining the programmatic baseline for F-35 Safety and Airworthiness. – Establishing a robust delivery schedule for F-35 certification and ensuring it is kept up to date in line with the Lightning project management review cycle and meets DE&S scheduling standards.

Coordinate the management of all third-order assumptions and the Master Data Assumption List for the Engineering Authority area. – Create and manage the Product, Work and Organisational Breakdown Structures for Engineering Authority area in line with the DE&S Transformation Spiral 2 rollout

Manage the schedule assumptions list, including justifications for three-point estimates.
Manage dependencies and planning touch points between the DE&S Project, Industry and other DLoD delivery plans – Support the project manager in resourcing the delivery plans and recording the associated assumptions in line with the DE&S Transformation Spiral 2 rollout.
