Clinical Director

Salary: £102,000 – £108,000 per year

Stephen James Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a nationwide, elderly care provider to recruit a Clinical Director, reporting into the Quality Director.

The Clinical Director is a pivotal role driving the nursing strategy across the portfolio of nursing homes, whilst inspiring, motivating and empowering others.

Working collaboratively with the SMT, the Clinical Director will be accountable in designing and delivering a robust system to support and embed professional support to improve service delivery and the continuous professional development of the nursing teams across all our nursing homes.

You will support in leading all nursing services, building and actively managing both service and contractual relationships at a national, regional and local level to develop and protect the business image and brand, representing the business in the establishment of policy and best practice at all levels.

To be shortlisted for the opportunity of Clinical Director:

* You will be a strong, but credible clinical leader with proven experience of implementing sustainable nursing and care strategies for a large complex organisation.

* Working knowledge of delivering services within an organisational structure which includes a group parent and subsidiary organisations.

* You will possess significant senior and operational management experience within the health and social care sector and preferably in a commercial environment.

* A full, valid driver’s licence is required, and a company car/car allowance will be provided due to the amount of travel involved with this role.

* You will need to be RN qualified, with a current NMC PIN number – Essential.

The role of Clinical Director is offering £102,000 – £108,000 + Car Allowance with an excellent benefits package, salary range is dependent on candidate experience.
