Is this role for you?
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator who will be based at our Head Office in Leeds, reporting through to the Purchase Ledger Manager.
Your key responsibilities will include:-
* Review and processing of invoices received from suppliers using both invoice processing software and manual processing on Microsoft Navision
* Matching to purchase orders raised and delivery notes received for ingredients and packaging invoices
* For engineering items, matching to engineering log and updating when processed
* For all other non-stock invoices, obtaining relevant authorisation and processing for payment
* Liaising with various site contacts on any invoice or supplier queries
* Liaising with Supply Chain and Procurement at Head Office for relevant invoice or supplier queries
* Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving any issues
* Filing of invoices
* Assisting with implementation of automatic invoice processing system
What are we looking for?
Ideally with previous Purchase Ledger experience, you should have good administration skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment.
An excellent communicator with sound PC skills including intermediate Excel you should be a good team player as well as having the ability to work independently. You should also have the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
