Field Quality Control Agent / Trainer

Founded in 2007 our client is one of the few early digital innovators in the online estate agent sector, disrupting the market that is dominated by the high street. The business is steeped in knowledge of the property landscape and is at the forefront of further challenging a very established market.

They are now looking for a Field Quality Control Agent/Trainer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the team at an exciting time as the sector is rapidly gaining traction and is set to grow rapidly in the next 12 months. Please note this is a regional role.

Job Description

Ensuring that all photographers have good knowledge of HS business/ ethos
Giving basic training to photographers about HS processes/ how to answer most common questions
Responsible for quality control of photographers including punctuality, presentation, knowledge
Implementing system to help with the above
Ensuring any changes within the processes are fed through to all photographers
Communicating problems/ challenges photographers face and suggesting solutions
Organising regional meetings with photographers to keep them up to date/ informed/ create sense of being part of the business
Train and maintain a team around the UK to help with all the duties above in the near futureProfile of Candidate
