HR Advisor

Salary: £28,800 – £31,200 per year

Conrad Finance are pleased to be working with an established business based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant HR qualifications or similar, a proven track record within HR and have experience working in a varied HR position supporting the wider business.

Duties:

Assist with all day-to-day HR operational activities including, onboarding of all new staff, induction, planning training schedules for new and current team member’s and new starter processes
You will review and implement current and new HR processes and systems as needed
Provide relevant HR support to the senior management team
Complete, update and maintain all employee records as required
Support the team with relevant documentation including preparation of reports relating to staffing, recruitment, training and quarterly performance evaluations
Coordinate new HR projects with support from senior management team
Be point of contact for employee requests
Assist with all new employee recruitment which will include drafting and sending offer letters, contracts and completing all relevant background checks as needed
Supporting a junior member of the team

The successful candidate will have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous HR experience along with relevant CIPD qualifications or similar
Ability to work on a selection of projects at any one time.
