Salary: £42,000 per year

MIS Compliance Manager for an asap start

up to £35k Permanent Full Time

Office Location: M1 Manchester Office – 3/4 days per week, Home working 1/2 days per week

Hours – 37.5 hours Mon-Friday, 8.30-4.30/9-5 on a rota system

Reporting to the Director of Operations your role as MIS Compliance Manager will be to

Your role will include managing a MIS Administrator and monitor the work of others who directly input in the PIC’s, Apprenticeship Service and One-File systems

To produce timely and accurate MIS reports and a regular and ad hoc basis to Directors, Programme Managers, Departments

To ensure the timely and accurate completion of ILR returns to the ESFA

To ensure that all learner data and evidence is compliant with ESFA audit and funding requirements

We are looking to speak with candidates ideally with expert knowledge of PiC’s, One-File, In depth knowledge of ESFA funding and audit requirements, In depth knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and how they are funded

Highly organized, with the ability to plan and multi task various responsibilities with excellent ICT and Data analytical and reporting skills, critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills, Adaptability – Efficient under pressure, and meets deadlines Result oriented: Ability to achieve the target within given time
