Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

Property Litigation Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE)

A well known firm in Worthing, West Sussex are seeking an enthusiastic Property Litigation Solicitor (ideally 5-10yrs PQE) to join their expanding dispute resolution department.

You’ll be joining a highly regarded team where you’ll work alongside a very experienced Property Litigation Partner. Your role will be to handle a broad mix of commercial and residential property disputes including; landlord and tenant, neighbour disputes, lease renewals and surrender,dilapidations claims, break clauses, rent arrears/service charge disputes.

You must be a qualified Property Litigation Solicitor (likely at Associate or Senior Associate level with another firm) with a minimum of 5 years PQE. You’ll have strong technical knowledge and ideally will have a good network of both clients and referrers in the local West Sussex area. Therefore, a proven track record in both winning and retaining clients is essential.
