£26,400 – £30,000 per annum
Do you have experience of supervising a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment? If so, read on – we’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client on a full-time basis at their site in Stockport! You will be working Monday to Friday on a permanent full-time basis.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
• Deliver clear operational leadership, and development to the team of staff
• Closely monitor warehouse performance levels, ensuring that we’re always meeting or exceeding our targets
• Carry out team briefings and general staff communication
• Work closely among the team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors as well as ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
What you’ll need:
• Previous experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment – we aren’t fussy about the product you’ve dealt with; we just need strong, hands-on and inspiring people!
• Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process
• Ideally you will have FLT experience and a valid licence
• Confidence in helping manage and develop the warehouse process
